Thank you for shopping with Dreamcatchers! If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
A. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a physically damaged or defective item (e.g. incorrect stitching or fabric flaws), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at shopatdreamcatchers@gmail.com. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused with all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
Please Note: Minor defects, such as minor stitching issues, small fabric flaws (tiny snags, tiny holes, or slight discolorations that are barely noticeable) and color variations, do not qualify for a return or refunds.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. After verifying your return, you will receive 'IN STORE CREDIT'.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FINAL DISCRETION OF THE SELLER.
NO RETURNS/ REFUNDS applicable on DREAM SCRUNCHIE SET.
B. Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is processed before shipment, we will issue a full refund.
Please Note: We will not change the shipping address once it has been added.
2. Cancellation After Shipment:
We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.Â
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed as IN STORE CREDIT.Â
- Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to damaged or defective products, Dreamcatchers will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes. Â
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 7 day exchange period, you can place an exchange request at shopatdreamcatchers@gmail.com.
Once we receive your return item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email.Â
Items can be exchanged only once after receiving the order. If you notice any damage in the products, kindly share an unboxing video of the package at the time of delivery, to prove the claim.Â
